At the meeting point of the Indian and Atlantic Oceans, Cape Agulhas National Park in the Western Cape occupies a wild, intoxicating stretch of coast with whale-filled bays and rocky promontories. The park has a great diversity of flora, and is known for its unique and endangered fynbos.
Cape Agulhas National Park is a great place for whale watching. Other attractions include a cairn marking the exact southernmost tip of Africa, and a graveyard of ships lying off the coast that was once known as the ‘Cape of Storms’.
